Security

Due to the sensitivity of the materials we handle and the laws and regulations in place, we have to ensure the proper handling and security of the documents we destroy. This means having trusted, trained employees, secure methods of transporting materials and a secure facility in which we destroy documents.

We do all that we can to ensure the security of all the materials we destroy. Whether we provide paper shredding at your site in our mobile shred truck or transfer materials to our facility, our document destruction services ensure your information is completely secure.

We run thorough background checks on all of our employees before hire and continue to monitor different aspects throughout employment depending on job function. Our drivers, equipment operators and employees in safety sensitive areas undergo a more detailed background check and further information is collected depending on their role.

There are 3 key areas to look at when entrusting a company with your document destruction needs.

Equipment - We offer clearly identifiable, secure, lockable containers of various sizes to suit most customers' needs. This equipment provides a secure storage solution at the customer's location.
Transportation - Our vehicles are clearly identifiable and secure. When loaded with sensitive documents the vehicles are securely locked, gps tracked and monitored to ensure the whereabouts of your materials.
Facility - Our campus is fully secure with perimeter fencing and 24 hour video surveillance. Our destruction facility is fully secure within our campus and also has perimeter fencing and dedicated security cameras on all doors that access the document destruction area.
